The show must go on...
I'm out tonight on the tow path run. I've got two confirmations so far. Meet 6:45 at back of Civic Centre for start at 7 pm.

Just the two + me then. Garry & Kyle. Kyle hasn't been out in ages and, no matter how many hours he has put in on the turbo, he just couldn't compete on the big climbs. But watch this space as he is keen on the big come back.
We set off in light drizzle but with a strong headwind. Crossed over a the footbridge and headed for the Ring. Met up with the VC Glendale lot. No sprint across the ring this week. Down through Ronan's way to Minnowburn then onto Shaw's and into the trees. We skipped the vomit ridge climb and headed back onto the tow path for Shaw's. All up cardiac hill and then joined some of the new trails back to the path. Quick run home with the tail wind. Garry went too early on the sprint. I just sat on his wheel and then jumped past near the end.
All back early ~ 8:35. Had to wash the bike for the first time in a few weeks. Good run out. Looking forward to Kyle getting his legs back again.
