McConvey Cycles in Belfast and also Chain Reaction. You're probably looking to pay just over £100.

I couldnt get the images to load for the Retul on the Velo Cafe website - figured working must be blocking it. Martin Grimley also got fitted last year....was it someone from UUJ?

There are a few simple things you can look at before going down the fitting route too. Saddle height is very important, especially is your knee if sore. I normally set the height by sitting on the saddle with my heel on the pedal at its lowest point of the crank turn so my leg is locked out, but such that i am not rocking my hip downwards to reach it.
So when you are on the bike clipped in your knee should have a slight bend at the lowest point of the crank turn.
If its too high currently you will be rocking your hips to reach down or if it is too low you won't be getting the full muscle contraction and extension you should be getting, which could give you knee problems.
Traditionally you want the saddle fore/aft position set so that the cleat is sat in plumbline with your knee.
And the cleat position can also affect knees. Are you using cleats with any float in them or are they 0 degree float?
Do a quick search on google and you should find plenty of things to try. Even if you pay for a bike fit you still need to try it out on the road to make sure it works for you.
Things like the retul bike fit are essentially an expensive very accurate tape measure. The skill is in the bike fitter using it to fit you.

I use the look keo pedals and cleats. It say on the website that the cleats have 0° 4.5° or 9° float. Ive tried different seat hights but il try doing it your way and see how it holds up during the race on saturday.

Brendan would do it for you. He's the main bike fitter in Chain Reaction. Fitted me for mine and it's perfect! I'm not biased or anything.

What colour are your cleats? They do the 3 different versions. As far as I remember, Black are the 0 Degree, grey are the middle of the road float and I think red are the ones with most freedom
Good offer from CRC's finest there!
