FROM CYCLING ULSTER WEBSITE Cycling Ulster's Safeguarding Awareness Tutors, Patrick McAleavey and Marian Lamb will be delivering two more safeguarding Awareness courses in February. This time the courses take place in Ballynahinch on Wednesday 6th February and in Donegal town on Wednesday 20th February. The courses last approximatley three hours and are free of charge.
These courses fill out very fast and it is advised that you get your name down as soon as possible for either course. It is important that as many people in a club involved with any form of Youth activities attend the course. It is also a prerequisite for Club Safeguarding Officers who hope to go on to do the Designated Officer Courses.
It is a rule under Cycling Ireland Safeguarding Policies that all Commissaires are vetted through AccessNI so attendance at this course would be very useful
Ballynahich Safeguarding Awareness Course - Wednesday 6th February - Primrose Inn - 7.00pm Ballynahinch is a fairly central area and it is hope that this course will attract members from the growing number of Co Down clubs.
We need to get members to this course. Please let me know if you can attend.

I have about 6 names so far for this. This is an awareness course and the more members we have there the better. Let me know if you can make this.
Thanks
Martin
