I have seen a sneak preview of the map for this event, set in the backdrop of secnic Strangford Lough. I few suprices and a number of bouns points. First start time is 10.31 this Sunday 10th February, with the other teams going at 1 minute intervals. Pre entry open until Saturday evening, this greater helps with Admin on the day.
Once again Alan has put a lot of effort into this event. Soup etc will be provided afterwards at the headquarters Daft Eddies, at Sketrick Island Killinchy.
So follow the link and pre entry to get an early start time.

I have just been in touch with Alan who has made the tough decision to POSTPONE this weekend's trail quest. Low entries and very wet weather to blame. Please pass on this message.

That's a shame - had the balacava, heavy mitts and boots out - with wetsuit beneath in case we had to swim out to Salt island for a 100 pointer!! Never mind the forecast does look lousy and it was touch and go to get back in time for the rugby! Look forward to the resheduled event. Barrack Hill Blues
