As per my other for sale advert, I've been offered a very special car to buy, and have decided to go for it. Unfortunately it means selling up my prized racer and the velomobile, but I just can't let this one pass.
The "Dudd" is a self built bike. If you're looking for a big brand name bike, then this is not the bike for you. I built this to be my ideal bike, fitting me perfectly and weighing in bang on the 6.8kg. It has never been raced and is in most truth an ornament for carbon tarts ;D. It's got about 500miles on it and was built at the tail end of last summer. Plenty of adjustment in the steerer.
I put lots and lots of research into this build, went through various parts before they were fitted and built it carefully over a period of time. I think I went through 4 seat posts before I found one that pleased me and came in at the target weight.
The 54cm frame and clincher wheels are from PlanetX's manufacturer, it's got Zipp bars, ITM stem, SRAM Force Groupset, Planet X Ultralight brakes and so on.
It's a 170mm compact chainset.
These photos show it with a previous seat post, this is now changed to a prettier and lighter item. I should have the new photos tomorrow should anyone request them.
Anyone wanting a test ride must bring their own SPD shoes and pedals - no flats. If you scratch the crank arms...you own it.
