FROM DAMIEN KENT Hi Martin, Please can you advertise the poster attached for a charity cycle this Sunday leaving the industrial estate on the ballydugan road Downpatrick (opposite JP Corrys Building Supplies ) at 10.00am Donation £10.00 minimum. It’s for a very good cause Action mental health – New horizons Downpatrick. The route is taking in the mournes. I am aware that you have HopeBuilders charity cycle advertised which is on Saturday. So perhaps when the time is right you could post Granite Challenge on message board. I think a few may be aware of this anyway. Any questions or queries contact Gavin, Details below Thanks Damian, Gavin McConvey MInstF Fundraising Manager AMH New Horizons (Downpatrick) Ballydugan Industrial Estate Ballydugan Road Downpatrick BT308HG Tel 028 44613791 Mob 07866384116 E-mail gmcconvey@amh.org.ukWeb www.amh.org.uk

Sounds like a plan Davey. Hope the weather's OK, just getting over a dose of flu and don't want another one.

Brendan and I drove over to Dromara this morning and met Martin B. We headed out the Dundrum Line and went to Newcastle, via Dundrum. We joined the TVR gang at Cafe Creme for lovely Rhubardb scones and cofee. We saw the Granite Challengers go by and spotted at least one Dromara contestant! We headed up to Bryansford and then over to Castlewellan via the Burrenreagh Rd. From there, over to Kilcoo, Hilltown and then up into Rathfriland. Then on towards Banbridge, taking a right for Magerhall, Katesbridge, McCoys and up over the Kettle Hill, Gall Bog thru Kinallen and back to Dromara.
