I'm hedin to the Hinch for 10am to meet young Matthew Armstrong, who's coming out for the first time. Any other takers for a B run? Think it's to be a good day.

Good wee run out today with the gang, and well done to Matthew on his first outing. Rode even better when we got that seat lifted!!!It's good to see new and younger members coming along and I hope he enjoyed it?, and more importantly felt welcome.

Yes Gary, great run today, weren't we lucky with the weather. Fair play to Chris and the guys for taking Matthew under their wing and showing him the ropes and seeing him home safely. Look forward to seeing Mathtew out again. Thanks to Alwynne and the guys for your company on another great club run. Lovely tea stop at The Strand in Newcastle and lovely ice cream at Maud's in Ballynahinch, even if it was a bit cold!! Here's to grabbing life btb!!
