do you still run these on a thursday night?
if so what is involved and are the spins open to anyone?

Mick Good to hear from you. We will be kicking off the MTB spins down the tow path when the club league finishes off. That would make it the 20 September. Meet at 6:45 behind the Civic Centre in Lisburn, start at 7, home for around 9/9:30. Open to all, although you should have cycling insurance of some kind (ctc/ci). Hope this helps. what price is membership insurance for the year to cover the MTB league and towpath stuff.
does it run from date taken for 1 year or does it just cover 2012 and need renewed again in 2013?
