Wanted: cheap road bike

Would anyone in the club happen to have a cheap, unused, road bike lying about? I'm looking for one for a friend who just wants it to mess about and commute on. In the price range of 150-200 quid. Obviously 2nd hand but still in decent condition and fully functional.

Any ideas would be appreciated ;D
