Good to see the Dromara colours on the podium today, you could not pay for that kinda publicity - glass half full?

Felt sorry for the big man and the Swiss, they had my ride of the day, felt angry about the crap coverage

I totally agree Pete, but it was nice to see a great post race analysis tonight with the experts, McEnroe, Kelly Holmes and Gabby (football) whatever her name is, Michael Jordan had a bit of wit and said he knew nothing about cycling. But not Dame Kelly, ah well, we can all laugh at the athletics when they start running round in circles

And on the 12th August you can laugh at the boys riding around in the dirt

coverage on the beeb was crap , was the guy with the camera blocked !!! , shoulda brought the french or the belgians in to cover the race somebody that knows wot there doing , as for the result it couldnt have been much worse with a couple of ex druggies taking the 1-2 , not really in the olympic spirit is it , team GB shoulda sent millar to police the break & played the 2 cards , was brailsford having a kip in the teamcar ?? same as uran on the last corner !!

All 6 hours or so of coverage were on the red button. But saying that the cameramen were dreadful so you couldn't find out who was in the break away and they rarely gave you time differences between it and the peloton. Just never going to be good as the coverage for the TDF.
