Hope to be out Sunday.  Getting close to the Hilly/Sportive,  so might hit a few slopes. Dromara 10am heading for Mayobridge, Coyles Hill, Spelga direction.   |

Great run today with plenty of people out - Jim, Ann, John, Ann Annett, Michael, Bobby, Bob, Davey R, Siobhan from Apollo and me. Apologies if I've missed anyone. Davey and Bob were the route masters, taking us up into the hills towards Deek's, across lots of backroads, onto the Lacken Road and eventually towards Hilltown and up over Spelga. We had split intotwo groups earlier, with everyone meeting at the Teastop at Meelmore Lodge (I think some people will still be digestin those scones next sunday :  Back via Maghera and the Dundrum line.
