Down at Clonnmel for the. Irish champs TT...spending the morning modifying the seat post with cardboard and gaffer tape...hopefully it will do the trick!!  |

Well done to Mary for finishing 5th in the national championships time trial. FROM CYCLING ULSTER "Best of the Ulster women was Mary Hunter of Dromara CC who was placed fifth ahead of Amy Brice (Phoenix CC), Sinead Rivers (Roe Valley) and Rachael Withers (West Tyrone Velo)"  |

Brilliant result Mary, "Best Woman in Ulster". A great achievement. Martin, no doubt will have this in Banner headlines on the front page of the site as you deserve the accolade.
