I'm hoping to head up to the Mountain House, just past Camlough village for the Slieve Gullion Wheeler's run the Tour of South Armagh. Great wee run and a friendly crowd. Maybe some of the Sunday crew could do this run together. Post here if you're interested.

Was thinking about this Bernie, didn't get down last year and as you say it's a good run (if the weather is good). I'll see what the weekend brings and will definitely consider weather permitting.

Weather looks not bad this Sunday, so think I'll have a go at this. What time does it start, how many miles? Have to take it easy, still got sore ribs.

Great day at the Tour of South Armagh. Bobby, Agata, Davey R and me were there as well as Siobhan from Apollo. Plenty of hills, I had forgotten how hilly it was - from Markethill to Keady, Sturgan's Brae, the Three Steps Forkhill, Keady Mountain, up by Mullaghbawn chapel etc., but a great run with good weather and company. Plenty of familiar faces - Lanterne Rouge guys, Michael Smith and Co. from Carrickmacross etc. We were only taking the bikes off the rack on the car when we saw the group taking off - they started about 7 minutes to 10 and it was supposed to start at 10, so we had to get the shoes on etc., saddle up and go like hell to catch them.
