Thats it almost done just a 20 mile recovery spin tomorrow then home. Pace was high all the time even in the mountains, and everyone is tired. Just done two days 90 miles plus back to back doing the ´the 3 monastries' climbs yesterday and Soller and Puig Major today (7km and 14km respectively), average was 17.5mph. Fritz has guided us expertly all week. Deek missed out today with a viral complaint but is feeliing better this evening. If we are coming again it will be with more of you reading this, many times I thought it would have been good if a number of the guys were here. Maybe next time. Weather has been excellent (20C +) all week and no rain. See you all soon but not at Lurgan Rd the legs are fried!! Bernie you will have a ball!!
