Does the club have any rides or training sessions aimed at road racing novices? Did my first one yesterday and it became obvious fairly quickly that it's as much about using your head as your legs!

Hi Lisa,
We didnt know who you were yesterday. By the time our race was over you were away. we will introduce ourselves next time. What i saw of the ladies race you were looking comfortable ....it is very difficult for you when you are up against so many of the Phoenix girls.
Your query is timely as we had decided to run Tuesday night sessions for the next three Tuesdays to coincide with the first club road race of the season. We will meeti outside Annhilt Primary school from 10th April at 6.45pm. The training sessions are aimed at those new/inexperienced to road racing and would like to ride single/double pacelines etc. ALL abilities welcome.

Hi Marty, I think we will give it a miss as last week only you, David & Lisa turned up to train and Gavin,Chris and myself to take groups. Lisa cannot make it for the next two weeks. The Annahilt training group will still meet as usual at 6.15pm @ the school for the usual run.
