Would have been up for going out tomorrow, however I ended up being on the bike for 90 miles or something rediculous today so a lie-in is required. Might head out and meet yous if I feel like it.

Another lovely sunny day for the bike, it was like the middle of July. In our group were John, Ann, Michael, Peter, Bobby, Bob, Raymond, Ann A, and me. We headed off to Seaforde to meet up with Eddie and John H. The two guys and Ann went to Newcastle and the rest of us went to Strangford and had Frys and other things in the Cuan - after some initial consternation on the part of the staff, as we turned up at rush hour, they looked after us really well. Then it was back to Dromara via lots of little places and many back roads new to me. The day was a mixture of the Coastal route and the Third World route, taking in Loughmoney, Saul and back to Ballynahinch via the Crossgar Road and on to Dromara. Great route, weather and company. Thanks to all ;D

Thanks to everyone and especially to Bob, for a marvellous day. JR and I cycled from Belfast and met up with Michael McG on the way...17 on the clock before we started the run from Dromara....nuts or what....we waited and waited but....Jim wasn't to be found...Debbie said he was doing his own thing as the 'fresh' country air of the past week had affected his breathing ...........High ways and by ways.. we did them all... on route to Strangford, no one knows them better than our route master
Sorry if I kept the pace at a low ebb but you know it will soon be the zimmer for me!!!!!
