I know its 9.30, but the Lazy Sunday Mob or 'B' group if you want to be technical, likes a lie in on Sunday. Especially if we have had a training night on Saturday with ye old cider..... yum! I will be there at 10 if anyone sleeps in. What way you heading? We could meet up for a jucieyeyeye fry.

Hey everyone , Clive here , was talking to Brendan in Chain reaction this week, he said me and my mate Brian should come along on Sunday , we've been cycling for a year or so and have completed the Maracycle and lap the lough. not that this means anything, were just a bit daunted about turning up and making fools of ourselves , were both in our 40,s you see. Anyone any thoughts ?

Yer man and me got up late after a late night with the Downey's in Dromore, good to see some Dromara ones supportin the night - Philly even gave us a bit of the Michael Flatleys on the dancefloor. So it was a late start for us, didn't wake til after 10, so no chance of making it to Dromara! Took a spin down the A1 to Hillsboro and across by Down Royal, through flatfields etc to Moira and back via Magheralin, Donaghcloney. Just 32 miles with a mixture of headwind and swirling winds with av of 15. Met Me Pyer and co. at Lenaderg on the way back. Hope all you guys had a good one today. Won't get out Saturday next week, as Mr Prentice is getting married, but hope to make Sunday!
