Hi Gavin,
Do you, or anyone else, have a GPS/Garmin plot of an A run? I've just posted the Dromara CC membership form off this morning, but not sure I'd have the legs for an A run. Judging by your times in the 10mile TTs, I'd struggle to keep up in my van...
Thanks,
Willie

I'm hoping to attempt to tag along tomorrow for a bit. I joined to try and up my fitness, so might as well go out with the fast boys for as long as I can.
Should be on a home brewed "Dudd" of a bike wearing white Cervelo gear...and if it rains I'll ride at the back.

Gary, you and Rocket Ron can head up Spelga , but that route of Noel’s sounds a nice one... a bit different from previous weeks, with a few lumps and bumps thrown in up and over Clontanacally Rd. and Gransha. Aaron, don’t think ya need a full race licence for a reliability run.

Great run out this morning...Davy C,Noel , Gary,Ivan,Badger,Ron,Guns Curry,Deek,Rod S,Fritz,Mas,Al,John,Ryan,Adam,Willie,Gary Bailey,Caroline and friend (sorry but didn't get your name), Marcus + son and myself .....might have been more but it was 21 or so ... ........ Headed Dromore road out of town with Gary as road captain on the whistle towards Ballykeel where a couple of people split off ... the rest headed C duff .... Moneyreagh....Comber ..... etc .... Big Ron was giving a demo to the new guys about how to get clipped out of you pedals quick in case of attack....they didn't seem to pick it up the first time so he showed them again a few minutes later and they understood ..........rolly roads the whole way to Comber then over to Balloo , round a few wee country roads ( at one stage im sure we were going through a field) ..... down into Crossgar for the final lash of day on the D Patrick road to Ballynahinch and into the cafe for a well deserved top up .........All in a fantastic day 60 plus miles with the new guy Willie riding very well on his first run out with the sat crew, well controlled by Gary G and the Badger ;D ;D ;D ;D
