Me,Rod,Ron,Pete,Arn and Phil O and about 100 other riders gave this excellent run a lash.It was kept at a steady pace for the first 25 ml and then the pace crept up finishing up with 65ml @ 21 av. Held in till the last few roundabouts but by then it was job done and happy to get the 1st big run of the year over. Everyone rode well although Pete turned at the p stop not feelin the best..hope you feel better now Pete....Arn is flyin and i think scratch will be very interesting this year! Super spread back at the Good Year club with stew and chilli and loads more. Class day for January and met loads of cyclists on the road....great day to be on the bike.  |
