Anyone interestd in trying to get a couple of trips organised next year. Nothing too compllicated, just something similar to our Isle of Man or DunLaoghaire trips last year. We could travel to an organised event like the Ring of Kerry cycle with an overnight stay and/or just do our own cycle that's not part of any event. There's a nice cycle around Wesport, now that you can cycle across to Achill Island. Donegal's also an option, as is Scotland etc. Plenty of options. We could try to keep it as inexpensive as possible, using B&Bs or hostels. We can chat about it over the coming weekends when we're out, I'd particularly like something for the B Group, as we seem to have lost our mojo in recent times. Let's get the fun factor back. It could be Paul and Ted's Excellent Adventures Suggestions/ideas welcome. If Paul or Ted want to chat about this, feel free to get my contact details from Martin or use the Message Board.

Yes a great idea. I had thought of day cycle in Scotland, early ferry, cycle , food, then ferry home . I am told around Port Patrick is nice which is close to the ferry.
A cycle around Lough Erne, obviously on a sunny day, you could have the choice of flat or include hills. Keep the suggestions comming then we can decide.

I would be up for the Kerry run and any other adventure... sun, sea and loads of hills. Hope to do the Mara cycle this year with the boys from work. The Scotland trip sounds good, of course we would all have to wear kilts.
