Good turn out for the R.S run this morn .... Ronnie,Deek ,2 Martys,Ryan ,R.S,Neil F,Luke and myself ... Think there might have been others but can't remember ..... Headed up Dundrum line/Castlewellen/ Downpatrick/Ballynahinch /Spa /Dromara .... 50 mls @ 17 aver in a very tough headwind....met ZAKO at the spa and he kept the pressure on us the whole way home .... Great day with everyone riding strong ..........

***** Anyone taking odds on the stew run ..... Think the east coast crew fancy their chances this year ..... Currie was talking a good race on Friday night!!!!!
