Just 3 of us out. Alan, Dennis and me. Alan with his new light. Very powerful. I had to try to not ride in front of him otherwise all I could see was my own shadow.
Tail wind on the outbound route. Over Giants Ring. Met a bunch of runners coming up Ronan's way. I nipped down a short cut and met Alan and Dennis at the bottom.
Pushed on through to Belvoir. Up and over and around and down. The usual route. Hilly as always. Back on the tow path and headed back to Shaw's bridge. Cut up the middle route and headed through the woods. Onto the MTB trails. The trails were closed at the Mary Peter's end (tree down). Headed up past the track and back up onto the Malone Road. Crossed over and went into Lady Dixon Park. Nice run through there. Then it was the headwind on the way home. I was wrecked!! Great to be out.
