Dromara CC Open Road Races - 3rd June 2017

Dromara CC will be hosting their annual Open racing day at Bishopscourt, including the headine A2/A3 Emma McMullan Open Road Race, on Saturday 3rd June 2017.

As usual we need as many club members as possible to help out on the day. To make it easier to plan who will be doing what, we will using the attached timetable. Please can you post below with what jobs and times you are able to help with. Even if its only for an hour or two it will be much appreciated!

Graham it's Kevin Walker here, I can help out with anything that needs done from 2.00pm - 5.00pm

I can do from 9:30 - 12 then I can stick around to Marshall or something after the A4 race

I can marshall / timekeep A2/A3 race and help with tidy up. Cheers Graham S

Hope to be there all day so I can help with set up and sign on until 10.30 and from 12.45 marshalling and maybe even a turn in lead car. (masters race from 10.30 to 12.45 approx)
