Meet up at Spa Lake in the layby (course map here) Please try and remember your rear light - even though the nights are brighter it makes it easier for cars to see you. MARSHALS & TIMEKEEPERS: Peter B RIDERS - Don't forget to find out your starting position and make sure you are in line in good time. Keep to the left hand side of the road. Use a rear light on your bike. Respect other road users. Be safe!! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits afterwards as usual. The weather people had forecast for heavy rain, but all afternoon it was blue sky so they must be wrong. But they weren't. Just as the first rider lined up the rain came on. And it was heavy. And just as the last rider finished, the rain stopped and blue sky appeared again. Many thanks to the timekeepers: Emma J and Nathan M with a big thanks to our visitor Paul Wilkinson (WDW) for doing bike holder in the rain. Soaked he was. Sorry about that Paul. Thanks to the marshals at the turn - Gary G, Eddie D and first time helper John Garrett. Thanks to Barry Van K and Trevor B for marshalling the cross-roads. Young Jack recovered well from his crash last Thursday but, not to be outdone by his main rival, this week Aaron W decided to see how tarmac felt when he took the turn too quickly. He was ok but the bike had a bent rear hanger. Thanks to Nathan for going to the rescue. John S out in his new bike. Not the night to set any fast times but he did top the table for the biggest improver over his average. Welcome to our Dromore CC visitors. Results below. With time handicaps
