We have decided to run this event in order to assign the trophy that was missed back in April. We are arranging this to be conducted on the 26th July which is a Tuesday night so the other rounds are unaffected but gives Racing addicts their platform to shine again!
We will hopefully have permission to park at the Elim Church on the Moira Road. (Martin/Lisa/Paul can you check this please?)
Volunteers for head marshal and lead car post below if you can help.

We require 15 Marshals to comfortably run this event. If there is not enough help available by 8pm Monday 25th July, we will cancel the event.
The car parking has been approved - thanks Paul.

Looks like a Tuesday night doesnt quite suit too many people with the Thursday night club league going ahead. Unless there are any objections I am recommending we run flatfields next week in place of Dromara race. Need to check with the risk assessment people regarding this update.

Richard when you find a moment can you respond with the confirmed marshals we have so far as I am guessing not many are yet available? We assume that the original volunteers that put forward for round 5 are not available, however they would need to choose another marshal venue to get the obligatory 3 rounds for the season.
I have this Thursday (28th) as the ITT from Lisburn to Annahilt and back.

This Tuesday has been cancelled as there are not enough marshals. We plan to run this course instead of the Dromara circuit Road Race on the 4th August.

We still require volunteers to help this Thursday for the Lisburn-Annahilt and back TT. If you can assist then pop your name down below or in the dedicated thread on the time trial section of the forum.
