Round 3 of the Ulster Cyclo-cross season is on this Sunday, 23 October at Seacourt in Larne, hosted by Team Madigan.

Races for all ages, Under 8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and then either the MTB support race or the cyclo-cross race for the over 16s.




Pre-registration for Round 3 is now open. Please use this facility to speed up the admin on the day.

Tough day up in Larne. Stayed dry for the kids races but started to drizzle during the MTB race. The course quickly developed some quagmire sections. Tough on the legs. Great ride by Roger Aiken (Banbridge) who after falling at the jumps on the first lap, quickly worked his way back up to first place and was going so well he lapped EVERYONE else!!! Super ride by John Bogues (Phoenix) to take second with Matthew Adair taking 3rd (and he wasn't feeling well but still got onto the podium!!!). Great hospitality from Team Madigan afterwards. Showers up at the centre as well (although they weren't warm )

Super day. I had to work hard to not let Brian Wilson catch me. Great win for Diane Wilson who got past Andrea on the final lap. Jenny and Derek enjoying their second blast at racing. New faces coming through.
