Solid performance from Davy Broome stepping up a group and proving he isn't into Sandbagging and nailing 2nd spot. 3rd place to newcomer Paul Hamilton. ROUND TWO RESULTS Well done Wannita Broome on taking the win tonight in difficult conditions. Bone dry trails gone very slippy very quickly! New comer Derek Minnis Took a while to get to grips with the course but kept plugging away taking a fine 2nd place. Gibson Chambers rounded out the podium in 3rd place, taking advantage of a healthy first appearance handicap! Dave Broome produced the fastest lap times of the night, motoring through the pack and almost making the podium. Peter Davison may have got there too but for missing his start slot by almost 3 minutes. REMINDER - Round 3 tomorrow night. Let me know if you are coming along, once all the riders who said they are going to be along are there we can head off and get started. If you are shy and don't like posting, try to be down for 6:45pm. The sooner we get started the better chance we have of getting through the stages. Intention is to do 4 stages, but the decision on riding the final one will be dependant on the remaining daylight. DROPPER POSTS AT THE READY! Just to entice you along... Great turn out tonight for the clubs first ever Enduro round in the club league. Very slippery testing conditions out on the course tonight, but at least it had stopped raining by the time we were leaving  Thanks to all the guys for turning out on a night like that. Dave Broome and Peter Davison battling it out for top spot with Davy having to run the final yards of stage 1 with a puncture and still having a healthy gap at the end of the night. Who needs dropper posts and rear suspension, eh?! Good result for Ben, beating the aul fella convincingly. Well done to Graham, riding the trails blind, in those conditions. Sure to improve with Bryce when they get more familiar with them. MTB Club League returns this friday.
XC Long course at venue C (Top Carpark)
Meeting for 6:45 and to get racing round 7 after a course familiarisation lap.
Previous race data has been analysed and extrapolated, and then ignored. If you are displeased with your group or starting time, I suggest you put your energy and anger into the pedals rather than your vocal chords.
