Hi all,
The club is once again hosting the first round of the Ulster XC series in Rostrevor and we need as many hands on deck as possible. We need people to set up and tear down the course, run sign on, time keep, marshal etc.
The race will be on Sunday 8th March. Can you try to keep this date in your diary free? For anyone wanting to get some miles in, you could ride down, help out for a few hours and ride home.
Can you let me know if you're available and how many hours you have free? Post here, on Facebook or contact me directly - 07734 058715.
Thanks, Lisa

Hello Lisa, put me down for whatever you need on the Sunday. I hope to get down early and stay for most of the day. I might race. Then again, I might not...

The following people have come forward to help: Nathan M Peter R Robert D Peter D
We need help with the following:
Saturday - course set up (as many people as possible)
Sunday: Sign on - 4 people Timing - 5 Marshals - 12 Car Park/Traffic Management - 3 Course clear up - as many as possible
Those who are there the whole day will be provided with food. Marshals will do maximum 2 hour shifts in one place.
Can I have more names please? Even just a couple of hours of your time will be a big help. This event will count towards the incentive scheme for club kit.
Thanks, Lisa

I've booked a relief milker so I can stay after to help clear up. If there are barriers to lift from the forest let me know and I'll bring a trailer this year, it wasn't easy to get them balanced on the pick up last year. If I can get there in time to help marshal before my race I will but that depends how much work I need to do before I can get out of work.

Just to clarify, we need 12 marshal points covered. There are 3 x 2 hour shifts 10:00 - 11:45 11:45 - 1:45 1:45 - 3:45
As there are 3 x 12 marshals this means 36 helpers. This is not including the ones needs for Sign on 9:00 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 14:00 Timekeeping: 10:00 - 1:30 and 1:30 - 4:00
Lots of helpers please.
