Any of the Sunday mob up for spinning classes over the winter? There are spinning classes in Hillsbo Village Center 2 nights a week Mon&Wed at 7,8 and 9 o'clock, although if there is enough names they can be run on a different night. The 7 & 8 slots can be packed so early booking is required.

I go to Dromore in January they have morning and evening class,a wind down period is my thinking. Then a blast for April.
