Great to see Majorca on the cards for 2015, as an alternative for those who can't go at that time of year, just to let you know I am planning to head out to the Alps in June or early July 2015, potentially revisiting Bourg d'Oisans at the foot of Alp d'Huez. Staying here www.kingofthemountains.co.uk/index.asp.Its a great place run by an English couple who are keen cyclists - but open to offers, I know some may be heading for Italy so lets co-ordinate If you are interested leave a message and we can see if this floats as a club trip Cheers P

LOL, when we were young....fine figures of men...Davy, depends on the route/dates, it's anti clockwise next year, god knows where the Depart will be - route should be out November, think we will be too early but you could always go on after to catch a stage??
Zak, as the auld hand says its not cheap but the grub is good and you are in the middle of the catherdral of cycling, it's all on the doorstep - you'd need to budget for about £600 for the five days some of us talked about
the Badger is on for it, think Fritz could be talked round just to relive the good old days and he gets on well with the owner (!) and we will see who else is up....leave a post
If people think it's too rich we can talk alternatives, but if you are interested in a European trip leave a post and sure we can meet for a pint when it gets cold and talk it through

View AttachmentI think the Marmotte is on July 4th. 100+ miles of pain what better way to spend a cycling hol. You could do the mini marmotte, just the Big G and the alp to do. Davy, I note you say YOU - does this mean you are not coming? Marmotte is an option
