Hi all,I was wondering if anyone has any experience sending their bike abroad? Any ideas on rough cost to spain? I want to cycle back from spain with my brother at the end of his gap year there, if I buy a bike box and they seem to be fairly expensive, I would have to leave it out there! Any ideas thanks

I think it is best to check with the airline you are using. Some airlines request pedals removed,handlebars turned. I have heard some airline accept cling film rap similar to suite case, or cycle plastic bag. Cycle hire is reasonable, which can be arranged, and delivered, worth a thought
