Making a return to competition

The Lisburn half-marathon, 10k and fun run were on last night (18 June 2014).

I ran the 10k. Tough going.

When I looked at the results for the half marathon I noticed that Ted McKibbin had taken part in the wheelchair race.

I asked him how his arms felt afterwards. He said they were fine. My legs are still wrecked!!!

Well done Ted. Hope to see you out at the club TTs soon.
