Cheers lads, looking forward to it!! Going to be an epic weekend's racing, 180 odd riders entered. All these training sessions of going up Dree Hill and the Rib 6 times had better pay off...

Don't forget the powerade! I won't Barry, although using Powerade instead of the drinks and gels supplied by McConveys may be frowned upon... I have it on good authority that them McConvey boys swear by Yazoo (the milky drink, not the 80's synth duo) anyway, best of luck Zako. I'm sure it'll be no problem to you. |

Good luck to Dromara's own Zak Hanna who will be traveling this weekend to represent DCC / Belgium project in the Ras Dhun Na Gall ....... This is a prestigious 3 day stage race with 180 top riders competing on some brutal terrain with day 3 finishing on the top of the climbs of Glengesh.......... the DCC race team extend their best wishes to Zako .....do us proud......... 8-)man of the Ras
