We met at the Island Centre in Lisburn and wen to Moira via, Aghalee and Aghagallon, Soldierstown Road and Station Road. 30 nice steady miles with everyone going well and al stayng together as a group. Great show. I'm not about next weekend, but look forward to seeing everyone at the Stew Run.

Yes, great turn out. Lets hope we can keep it up. May not be out this Sunday, works Christmas doooo is this Sat. If past years is anything to go by I will be feeling at little bit delicate on Sunday. If anyone has any ideas of a run put it up on web and I might meet you somewhere.

If the Sunday group do not mind another Lisburn start at the Island centre 10 am, I had thought a cycle to jordanstown for coffee along towpath and return is around 40 miles. The weather is to be windy and showers? maybe.

5 of the B group weathered the storm, all was going well to near the bottom of the Towpath when Aoife got her first puncture, followed by another at Duncrue street. We decided to call time. Linda Tayra and Eddie headed towards Lisburn while Aoife and I walked to the train station at Great Victoria for train to Lisburn. As Van the Man sings The will be days like this. Sorry Peter no happy photos taken today .Next Sunday will be a new day, see you all next week.
