Hi Davy,
Ruth and I are doing the Bangor Coastal run this Sunday, so we won't be out for the club run. Bernie and Phil McLean are also doing it as far as I know. If you are free, come and join us; it leaves the leisure centre on the Old Belfast Road at 10am.
Fingers crossed the weather improves! ;D
