Are you cycling out? I'm heading from town down the towpath to lisburn and cross country to Dromara, up Dree hill and down to the start line if you want to give me a draft ;D

I was merely jesting! Is coming into town and down the towpath not a lot further for you? I would say leaving at the ormeau bridge just before 5 would be time enough?

Thanks to the timekeepers, marshals, Martin and Fritz, definitely a sense of achievement getting up that course! Well done to all the speedier participants. Very appropriate warm up for the hilly and sportive on Sunday. If Fritz has a harder TT under his hat, that's probably the best place to keep it!

I left my white Oakley Glasses and a water bottle on the drive at the wee pub at the start of the time trial, If Anyone finds them could they let me know, thanks Scott, I had to go back for the caution signs and noticed your drinks bottle. I lifted it but didn't notice any glasses. They may have been there but it was getting dark when I called back down. Fingers crossed you find them.

where was all the east coast men tonight , surely they are not all away on holiday !! I met Neill in Ballynahinch on the way to TT to collect those signs for the climbs. He was going to get an east coaster to bring them over but after a lot of calls there were all not free. I don't it was the hill that scared them
