This Thursday will be the Annahilt Triangle Road Race Lots of Marshals required for this and so far I have the list below: Marcus M, Colin R(Confirmed), Eddie D(Confirmed Timekeeper), Neil F, Malcolm M, Aoife M, Trevor B, Gary G, Martin M, Keri P, Raymund M, Kyle I, Chris A (confirmed), Roisin M, Emma J, Paul G, Linda F, Paddy McD, Beverley P We would need 2 timekeepers 4 for the Annahilt crossroads 1 for the shops 3 for the turn into Ballykeel Road 4 for the turn at the Pheasant. 2 Lead Car Chief Marshal - Colin R Could you confirm here or with Martin if you are able to Marshal and if you want a specific role? I could marshal the Ballynahinch Rd/Lisburn Rd/Burn Rd junction or the Ballycreen/Laurel Road junction. The latter might need more than one marshal (and a big stick) as there is sometimes a snarly dog going about that farm.

Derek - that would be great thanks. Sean, if we get a full showing of marshals to cover the major junctions then having either of those 2 covered would be great. I'd say the Burn Road one more than the Laurel Road/Ballycreen one as the former is busier than the latter (but I'm happy for the road committee to make that call). Personally I'd let the dog loose to snap at the heels of the slowest rider in the pack  |

Hoping to do a video of tonights race again. If you are racing and have a GoPro action camera or similar, please bring it along! Also anyone who isn't racing or marshalling, if you are available to take video from the sidelines, that would be great.

Firstly, a massive thank you again to the volunteers who came along to support tonights event. Beautiful warm weather, 27 oC, light traffic, a big showing of racers. Many thanks to the timekeeping team of Colin R and Kyle I, to Eddie D and the Gibson lads for marshalling and ringing bells and waving flags and of course to the catering duo Sam and Olivia. Many thanks to the big showing of helpers at corner 1, Sean S, Malcolm M, Chris A, Rodney McC (guest), Neil F, Ronnie S and Raymund M. Matthew A for keeping an eye on the shops and Marcus M for keeping an eye out at Laurel Road. Corner 2 - Linda F, Roisin McI, Beverley P and Martin M Corner 3 - Paddy McD, David H, Paul G, Derek G and Trevor B Big thanks to the two motorcycle outriders. Great job lads. These results are the best that I could pick out from my camera. Graham had his camcorder rolling as well and might be able to assist in the big bunch (places 10-16). I'm not sure if James M finished or not. JAMES if you are reading this please let me know.  |

Top marks to the marshals last night - pity i didnt even get a lap done but what can you do. Report will be delayed until later on today due to the great weather.
