Good news for Dromara members going on our Scotland trip on Sunday 15th - the club has decided to subsidise 50% of the cost of your ferry tickets. This means that for all paid up DCC members, your ferry will cost you only £10 per person. Davy is kindly paying for the ferry in advance, so please make sure you bring £10 each on the day. N.B. Anyone who doesn't show up will be be charged the full £20! Unfortunately this offer doesn't extend to members of other clubs. Sorry Gavin & John

Gareth, sorry for slow reply. Apart from the usual stuff like spare tube(s), multi-tool and pump, might be worthwhile bringing a change of clothes for the ferry home, just in case we get wet. There are lockers at the ferry terminal in Cairnryan (I hope) where we can leave these during the day. Bring some cash for lunch and coffee stops obviously!

Och Aye Tha noo! Check in closes 30mins before departure apparently, so suggest aiming to get there for 6.30 to have time to get parked up and bikes unloaded etc. Cyclists check in via the main terminal building where foot passengers go in. Suggest parking in the main Stena car park in front of the terminal and meeting at the terminal entrance no later than 6.45. Looking forward to it!

Hi All, I have been in touch with Stenaline, unfortunately they do not provide any lockers or facilities to keep bags at Cairnryan until our return journey home later in the evening; so if anyone was planning to bring a spare change of clothes you will have to be prepared to carry them with you all day !! See you all on Sunday morning

Hope everyone enjoyed our trip to Bonny Scotland. Weather turn out great. Big shame about Ann & John not getting on the ferry. Sorry about the hills... route looked flat on google maps. Roll on next year.
