Anyone fancy a C road run this Sunday?
Leaving Dromara at 10 and possible heading for Newcastle or Meelmore depending on the weather.
B roads and traffic hold no pleasure for me

Not out this W/E Doing the Gaints Causeway Coast Sportive... 112 miles and Torr Head to boot.
'C' roads, dry river beds mountain passes sound good to me. Don't fancy the same route every Sunday, I'd fall a sleep.

All change for me. As it turns out this is not my weekend for cycling, kids instead  ...but will be out next Sunday. |

Goin with the normal 9.30 start....50 flat mls(had enough hills this year  ) nice an steady with a tay stop ..maybe a run to the seaside. |

never made it into dromara this morning till about 10 nobody about so went in round by castlewellan newcastle & back home to seaforde with 40 mile up not a bad day once it cleared up
